What PasteSeal does

PasteSeal saves text you copy on web pages into a local history and can expand short snippet shortcuts in form fields.

Data stored on your device

- Copied text (subject to size limits and filters)
- Snippet triggers and bodies
- Optional tags (Pro), PIN hash (Pro), settings, license status

Data uses Chrome extension storage on your computer. Core features do not upload clipboard contents.

What we never store

- Passwords from password fields
- Payment/card-like values (heuristic filters)
- Copies from blacklisted domains you configure
- Anything from Incognito (extension disabled there)

Optional Pro license verification

Activating Pro may send only the license key string to https://api.pasteseal.app. Clipboard history and snippets are never included.

No forced sync

PasteSeal does not sync history to a cloud account.

Deletion

Clear history in the popup, or uninstall the extension to remove its storage from that Chrome profile.
